A young Dubuque woman who’d been missing for three weeks has been located. Dubuque Police issued a release this morning stating 19-year-old Tori Walters was found last night at a McDonald’s in Dubuque and she is fine. No further information was released.

The Iowa Department of Public Safety issued a missing person notification for Walters, who left Dubuque on April 2nd to drive some individuals to Chicago. She wasn’t heard from again until late last week when she called her mother and sister and said she’d be coming home.

After she failed to return within a couple of days, police issued another missing persons alert in hopes the public could help locate Walters.
