Patrol-logoOne person was killed and four others injured in a two-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon in central Iowa. The crash happened around 3:25 p.m. in the 1200 block of Marsh Avenue in rural Marshall County.

An Iowa State Patrol report indicates a pickup truck driven by 50-year-old Frank Glenn of Marshalltown crossed the center line on the roadway and struck an oncoming SUV. Glenn was killed in the crash. He was not wearing a seatbelt.

The four people who were injured were taken to area hospitals. They’re identified as 35-year-old Geoffrey Buchanan of Hubbard, 39-year-old David Akers of Eldora, 18-year-old Haley Lawrence of Eldora, and 18-year-old Haley Dilley of Radcliffe.
