Authorities say a northeast Iowa woman was drunk when she fell to her death earlier this year in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Police said surveillance video shows 32-year-old Robin Krabill of Waverly was climbing a fire escape when she fell three stories into a walkway alley in downtown La Crosse on April 27.

Newly-released toxicology tests show Krabill had a blood alcohol content of 0.24 percent, which is three times the legal limit for driving.
