The death of a toddler is under investigation in Waterloo. Police say an 18-month-old child died on Wednesday inside a home in the 1400 block of Bertch Avenue in Waterloo.
The initial call indicated the child had somehow asphyxiated. An autopsy is scheduled for today. Police were at the home again this morning.
Few other details have been released.
