A high-speed chase that began in Hamilton County ended Monday afternoon in the Grundy County town of Dike with the arrest of two Cedar Rapids men. Nineteen-year-old Jequen Jordan Ellis was charged with theft in the second degree and 20 year old Tairee Shyraw Henderson was charged with aiding and abetting theft in the second degree.

Both Ellis and Henderson were wanted after the pair robbed the Verizon Wireless store in Webster City. The two men took several Apple I-Phones and the wallet of the store clerk. The two men left in a dark colored four door pickup truck that was reportedly stolen from Cedar Rapids.

Additional charges are pending for both men. There were no injuries reported in the incident.
