Iowa State junior linebacker Jordan Harris admits he did not sleep well after a 31-17 loss to Iowa but Harris says he and his teammates are now focused on their first road test at Toledo.

It will be a stern test against a team that is coming off a stunning 16-12 upset of nationally ranked Arkansas.

“Of course you can’t sleep after a loss but my mind turned to Toledo as soon as that game was over”, said Harris. We can’t let one game ruin the whole season.”

Cyclone coach Paul Rhoads first learned of the Toledo win on his postgame radio show.

“I’ll tell you this I was not surprised”, said Rhoads. “Toledo has an exceptional program. Matt Campbell does a great job as coach and we will have a great challenge.”

Iowa State outscored the Rockets 37-30 a year ago in Ames.
