The other alleged street racer, an as yet unnamed 17-year-old boy, was uninjured. Bell, who is hospitalized, will be charged with vehicular homicide, reckless driving and drag racing. The juvenile driver is in the Scott County Juvenile Detention Center and faces numerous charges.
