Crime Scene TapeThe State Medical Examiner has released the autopsy results on a woman’s body found in Benton County. The body of 25-year-old Sabrina Hustad was found after a stolen truck and a blood trail was discovered near Shellsburg by some residents on October 25th.

The autopsy shows Hustad, who used to live in Cedar Rapids, died from multiple stab wounds and strangulation, and the death has been ruled a homicide. Hustad’s body was in the driveway of the home of 31-year-old David Miller.

Miller has been charged with motor vehicle theft, and authorities say more charges are possible. The DCI is helping with the investigation and says no other information about Hustad’s death will be released at this time.
