The 17th ranked Iowa State Cyclones return to Big 12 action on Tuesday night when they visit Texas. The Cyclones are 1-2 in the Big 12 after squandering a 12 point lead in an 84-79 loss at home to Baylor.

“It kind of feels like when we were headed to Cincinatti”, said Iowa State coach Steve Prohm. “You are on the road in a game like you feel you need to get.”

Prohm says there is no panic but one area that needs to be solved is second half defense. The Cyclones surrendered 60 second half points in the loss to Baylor.

Texas is also 1-2 in the Big 12 after a 59-58 loss at TCU.
