The Northern Iowa Panthers and Drake Bulldogs will both try to snap Missouri Valley Conference losing streaks tonight as they host Wichita State and Missouri State respectively.
The Panthers enter tonight on a two game losing skid with losses coming to Loyola and Indiana State. uncharacteristic for this season, it was the offense that struggle in both those matchups for Northern Iowa.
The preseason favorite in the league, Wichita State comes into the McLeod Center tonight on a seven game winning streak and are undefeated in league play. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m.
Drake is still searching for its first Missouri Valley Conference victory this season as the Bulldogs get set to host the Missouri State Bears tonight at the Knapp Center.
The Bulldogs losing streak is at six after a tough loss to surprising Southern Illinois over the weekend. Missouri State comes into the matchup much improved over last season getting key contributions from four newcomers. Tipoff tonight is 7 p.m.
