A Montezuma woman will spend two months in prison for misusing bank funds.
Fifty-four-year-old Barbara Baker pleaded guilty to misapplication of bank funds in August. She admitted she used money from the Patriot Bank in Brooklyn for her own benefit while she worked there as the bank’s chief financial officer between January of 2012 and July of 2013.
Baker was sentenced to 60 days in prison and will have to serve three years of probation once she’s released.
