Charles City man charged with hurting an infant

March 14, 2016 By Radio Iowa Contributor

Police car lightsA Charles City man is accused of breaking several bones of an infant.

Twenty-one-year-old William Khuns, according to prosecutors, squeezed the infant in August until the baby’s ribs broke and twisted the baby’s arm behind its back in September until he heard a pop. Police say the baby suffered nine broken bones.

He’s been charged with two counts of child endangerment resulting in serious injury. A preliminary hearing for Khuns has been set for March 18th.
