Police-lights-300x192Authorities in northeast Iowa are investigating a drowning that happened Monday afternoon near New Albin.

The Allamakee County Sheriff’s Department says the body of a 46-year-old male was found shortly before 5 p.m. near a dock on the Mississippi River.
