Sheriff-patrolA man authorities say was in the country illegally is charged with the sexual abuse of an 11-year-old girl in northeast Iowa.

The Fayette County Sheriff’s Department says 41-year-old Pedro Ramon Candido has been charged with felony counts of second-degree sexual abuse and third-degree sexual abuse.
