Two Dewitt residents die in motorcycle accident near LeClaire

Ambulance weekend motorcycle crash claims two lives in eastern Iowa.

It happened Saturday night in rural Scott County near LeClaire. The Iowa State Patrol says a motorcycle driven by 29-year-old Michael Dann of DeWitt went out of control on a curve and left the road.

Dann and his passenger, 25-year-old Trista Nath of DeWitt, both were both thrown off the motorcycle and died. Troopers say the accident is under investigation.
