The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office says the accident happened at around 5:20 p.m. Monday, west of Gray in the northwestern part of the County. Seventy-five-year-old Merlin Borkowski, of rural Manning, died from injuries he suffered when the four-wheel ATV he was driving, for reasons unknown, abruptly swerved into the north ditch off of 110th Street.

Borkowski was ejected from the four-wheeler as it rolled over. Another ATV accident Monday night in Fremont County claimed the life of a 14-year old boy from Hamburg.
