Body found in Mississippi River south of Dubuque

A body was pulled from the Mississippi River south of Dubuque this morning.

Authorities say the body was found near the Mines of Spain around 3 a.m. The body has been positively identified, but the name is being withheld for now.

A Dubuque man, Jim Wagner, was working on a railroad bridge when he fell into the river on Monday.
