Iowa City police say foul play is not suspected in the death of a man found outside the recreation center on South Gilbert Street.
Police say 24-year-old Paul Biagas was found lying in the snow around 2 p.m. Temperatures were well below freezing at the time. The Johnson County Medical Examiner is helping police try to determine how Biagas died.
