The weather is blamed for a fatal accident this morning in eastern Iowa.
The one-vehicle crash happened around 1 a.m. in Johnson County. The State Patrol reports 65-year-old Randall Martin of North Liberty was driving a car southbound on Interstate-380 when he lost control after hitting a patch of ice or snow.
The car entered the ditch and rolled, landing on its top. Martin died at the scene.
