Iowa City police say a man found in the snow outside the local recreation center died from exposure.
The police department says autopsy results from the Johnson County Medical Examiner’s Office show 24-year-old Paul Biagas died accidentally from hypothermia due to cold exposure.
His body was found on January 2nd and the results of the autopsy show he was “acutely intoxicated” at the time of his death.
