Dubuque man arrested in 2016 murder of Bellevue man

An arrest was made Friday in an Eastern Iowa homicide case. A Dubuque man is charged in the murder of a Bellevue man, who’s body was found on Christmas day 2016.

Police accuse 23-year-old Drew Mangler of breaking into 59-year-old James Remakel’s home and stabbing Remakel multiple times. Mangler is now in the Jackson County Jail.
