Authorities are searching for suspects after two men from Omaha were shot and killed in the parking lot of a race track in southwest Iowa this weekend.

According to the Iowa Department of Public Safety, a concert was about to begin at the I-29 Raceway in Pacific Junction when the shooting happened. Late Saturday night, KMA Radio reported authorities were searching for at least three suspects in a black Mercedes sedan on and near the property. The facility has a drag racing strip and a more than two-mile long road racing course.

The men who were killed have been identified as 28-year-old Marcus L. Johnson and 27-year-old Charles A. Williams Junior, both from Omaha.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about the shootings to call the Mills County Sheriff’s Office.
