A gang rape case is headed to court in western Iowa. A lawsuit has been filed against the Carroll Community School District over the alleged sexual harassment of three high school girls by a group of boys. The suit claims three boys harassed the girls and the school did nothing about it. The suit states the boys inappropriatedly touched one girl’s genitals and tried to remove her pants. Another girl claims the boys pulled down her pants and forced her to have sex with them. The district has denied fault or lack of involvement in dealing with the allegations.
