A northeast Iowa man is the subject of a manhunt after he apparently ditched a device authorities were using to track his movements. Federal officials are searching for 60-year-old Samuel Scott McCaughey of Dubuque who was arrested in February on two counts of sexual exploitation of children and one count of possessing child pornography. He was released with an electronic monitoring gadget, but police say he apparently cut the device off and took off.
