A decision is finally made on who will be the new lawman in a northeastern Iowa county.Clayton County officials say the vote canvass Monday shows democrat Robert Hamman coming out ahead of republican Owen Schellhammer. The final count was 2-thousand-980 to 2-thousand-972.
