Nostalgia buffs looking to recapture the old days of drive-in theatres mightwant to take a trip to Ames this summer. The Iowa State Center on the I-S-Ucampus plans to try to recreate that drive-in feeling.Spokeswoman Sarah Huber says they’ll show “G” rated family movies for free.Huber says it’ll come pretty close to the atmosphere of the old drive-in.The drive-in theatre in Ames closed two summers ago and there are now onlyfour drive-ins left in the entire state.
