A woman’s body was found this morning along some railroad tracks in eastern Iowa. Someone from the Iowa Chicago Eastern Railroad called Clinton police at about nine this morning to report a body was lying along the railroad tracks in the north part of Clinton. Cops responding to the scene found the body of a white, middle-aged woman. No word on an identity or a cause of death.
