A Webster City attorney has pled guilty to stealing from his clients. 66-year-old Howard Myers pled guilty to three counts of first-degree theft and one count of second-degree theft. Myers was charged with stealing from a 92-year-old client who is in a nursing home, and from the estate of two other clients. He was sentenced to three concurrent 10-year terms and ordered to pay restitution. Restitution is expected to exceed 500-thousand dollars.
