Cedar Falls man charged with kidnapping

A 52-year old Cedar Falls man is charged with the kidnapping of a ruralJanesville woman last night.Black Hawk county sheriff’s deputies say Michael Eaton is charged with firstdegree kidnapping in the abduction of 49-year old Darlene Campenella.Campenella was reported missing from her home around 7 o’clock last night.Police later found Campenella in the parking lot of the Spencer hospitalsuffering from stab wounds. Eaton was found this morning in a Spencer homeand is also being treated for injuries. No other details on the incident areavailable.
