Governor tours flood areas

Governor Tom Vilsack was in eastern Iowa today to check up on flood recoveryefforts. During a stop in Manchester Vilsack said he was impressed with theway things are going.Vilsack says he’s currently looking at some ways to prevent wide-spreadflooding disasters. He says the state needs to look at how it controls waterand water flow in the state.Vilsack also visited Dubuque, Independence and Vinton today.
