AmericanMedia Incorporated is now offering its 500 educational videos over the worldwide web to make the products more easily available to customers.Spokesman Will Hipwell says the videos from the West Des Moines-basedcompany are distributed around the globe in 22 languages and in 65countries. He says individuals are welcome to buy the “performanceimprovement” products, but they usually serve companies.Hipwell says the video on workplace sexual harassment is among the world’sbest-selling training videos. He says many businesses find it’s best to usethese self-study videos instead of bringing in an expensive lecturer oreducator to talk with employees about a given issue. The majority of the videos cost between 10 and 200 dollars and includetopics from sexual harassment to diversity and from computer training tosales training.
