Waterloo gives vets diplomas

Veterans of World War Two who left Waterloo High School early will nowreceive their diplomas following action by the Waterloo school board.Waterloo Mayor John Roof forwarded the proposal last month and feels it is anecessary action.Roof says it does not appear there will be statewide action for all veteransof World War Two.About ten veterans have come forward so far.
