Backpacks have been a staple when it comes to the essentials needed forcollege life. Some University of Iowa students are using a high tech form ofthe backpack. John Achrazoglou is the coordinator of educational Technologyat the U-of-I. He helped create the “electronic backpack” for students inHe says students can learn by putting together the information that isstored in their “electronic backpack.”Achrazoglou says students can store a variety of things.Achrazoglou says students have used the digital backpack the past twoyears. He says it really helps students when they graduate. Achrazoglou says students now have access to their electronic backpack forup to six months after they graduate. He says they’re working now to letstudents transfer the information..
