UNI looks to continue perfect streak

The U-N-I Men’s basketball team is off to its best start since the 1989-90 season with a record of 4-0. Panther Coach Sam Weaver says he is pleased with his team’s play so far, but he says there is still room for improvement.U-N-I meets Wisconsin-Green Bay tonight. Wisconsin-Green Bay returns four starters from last year’s team. The Phoenix are 3-2 this year and Weaver says they have a great balance.The Phoenix are averaging over 60 points per game and shooting over 36-percent behind the three point line, and Weaver says that will present problems for the Panthers.
