Bush’s wife campaigns in Iowa

The wife of republican presidential front-runner George W. Bush is campaigning in Iowa today. During a stop in Mason City, Laura Bush says she’s pleased with the way her husband has handled recent campaign debates. Bush says her husband can turn around the partisan politics of Washington.Mrs. Bush says education would be the focus of her work if she becomes First Lady.Bush, a former school teacher, spoke to students at an elementary school and community college in Mason City and an elementary school in Clear Lake.
