Cyclone men down Panthers easily

Marcus Fizer had 23-points and nine rebounds as Iowa State cruised to a 73-41 win over Northern Iowa in Hilton Colesium. The Cyclones started quickly and built a 35-18 lead at halftime. U-N-I coach Sam Weaver says the Cyclones were just too strong for the Panthers.Weaver says the Cyclones did a good job of taking Panther guard Robbie Siverding out of the game.Iowa State improves to 8-2. U-N-I falls to 7-2.
