Three Iowans arrested following accident in Wisconsin

Three northeast Iowa teens were arrested in Wisconsin last night after a hit-and-run accident which followed the weekend theft of a Jeep from a Fayette elementary school. Randy Langerman & Jessica Ingersoll, both 15, and 14-year-old Michael Becker were being held by officials in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.
