Linn County official given leave for remark

A Linn County official will serve an unpaid suspension for comments he made to an employee. Keith Erickson, the director of the Linn County Health Department, will serve the one week suspension for allegedly making the comments to a female employee. Erickson was also ordered to write a letter of apology and attend sensitivity training. Two other management personel received a letter of reprimand and were also ordered to attend sensitivity training for the same incident.
