Estherville chiropractor wins top award

A northwest Iowa chiropractor has received the nation’s highest honor for his profession. Dr. Bill Moreau of Estherville was named Sports Chiropractor of the Year for the United States by the American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Moreau says it’s an unheard-of honor for someone in small town Iowa.Moreau claimed the award recently in Baltimore, Maryland, at a sports science symposium. He had no idea he’d be the recipient.Moreau has been practicing in Estherville for 18 years. He helps athletes at Iowa Lakes College.
