May 1, 2000 By admin

Congressman Jim Nussle hasn’t decided whether he’ll vote to make China a member of the World Trade Organization, but he’s leaning in the “yes” direction. He says he wants to meet some more with his constituents to go over the pluses and minues.Nussle says there are some valid concerns about China’s record on human rights, labor issues and environmental standards.
