Success is nothing new for the Denison-Schleswig baseball program and the Monarchs are off to another strong start this season. Coach Don Lyons’ team is ranked fourth in class 3-A in the latest Radio Iowa/Coaches poll.Lyons says the attitude on the team has been outstanding which he says is essential in baseball.Lyons says his team will be tested nearly every night in the Hawkeye Ten Conference.
