Algona man charged in Internet sex case

An Algona man has been charged by Wisconsin authorities in an Internet sex scheme.40-year old Timothy Koenck was arrested last Friday at a mall near Milwaukee on two felony charges of intent to have sexual intercourse with a child. The Wisconsin Department of Justice says a member of a private Internet watchdog organization corresponded with Koenck while posing as twin 11-year old girls. Authorities say Koenck went to Wisconsin with the intent of having a sexual relationship with the ficticious girls. Koenck has been released on bond.
