Investigators have determined the cause of this week’s fire that destroyed a western Iowa community center called UMBA Hall in Underwood. The state fire marshal’s office says two boys shooting fireworks accidentally sparked the blaze that gutted the building. The information has been turned over to the Pottawattamie County attorney who will determine whether to charge the unidentified boys.
