Hit-and-run Victim is Council Bluffs Boy

Council Bluffs police are looking for a hit-and-run driver who killed ateenager over the weekend. Sixteen-year-old Ricky Housley was hit earlySaturday as he walked along Interstate 29 in Council Bluffs. He was walkinghome from a volunteer job at a haunted house in Omaha. The accident happenedbetween midnight and 1:45 a-m. No witnesses or suspects have come forward. Cops are looking for a car with damage to its front end. The driver’s sidemirror is probably gone, too.
