Northwester College names new President

The Board of Trustees at Northwestern College in Orange City has named Dr. Bruce Murphy as the school’s eighth president. Northwestern College public relations director Duane Beeson says Murphy’s a good fit for the school.Murphy served on Northwestern’s history faculty from 1970 to 1978 and is familiar with its past and its vision.He replaces James Boltman who left to become president of Hope College in Holland, Michigan.
