November 23, 2000 By admin

The charges continue to mount against two eastern Iowa teens. Police say 16-year old Casey King and 15-year old Patrick Blackford shot an arrow into a window of an Independence home. No one was injured by the arrow, but it did break a window. King and Blackford face terrorism charges. The two are already facing 28 counts of burglary and theft for a string of break ins in Buchanan County. The latest case is being referred to juvenile court officers.
