A popular eastern Iowa supper club has burned to the ground. The Lark in Tiffin, just west of Iowa City, was gutted Monday afternoon. A dozen area fire departments responded to the blaze. The cause of the fire is under investigation. Owners of the 55-year-old restaurant don’t know if they’ll rebuild.
