UNI travels to Iowa tonight in men’s basketball

The University of Northern travels to Iowa City tonight to take on Iowa in basketball. The Panthers are coming off a 54-49 victory Saturday over Jackson State, but coach Sam Weaver says they didn’t have long to enjoy the victory with Iowa looming on the schedule.Weaver says they’ll have trouble matching up inside with the Hawkeye’s Reggie Evans, but will give it their best shot.Weaver got some good news with the return of Joe Breckenridge to practice. But, Weaver isn’t sure if Breckenridge will play tonight.UNI comes into the game at 2-2 while Iowa is 5-0.
