Police searching for identity of Waterloo hit and run victim

Waterloo Police are trying to identify the victim of a fatal hit and run accident this morning. Police says the victim was hit on Highway 218 just after 2 a-m. The man was not carrying any identification. He’s described as a Hispanic in his 30’s or 40’s with dark brown or black hair and a tattoo that says “Cindy” on his right forearm. Police are asking the public for help in identifying the man.
