The Iowa Department of Natural Resources has launched a program designed to serve as a clearinghouse of sorts for volunteers. Diane Ford-Shivvers is the coordinator for the “Keepers of the Land” volunteer program.She says the program is designed to give people a place to find volunteer opportunities throughout the D-N-R.
